To travel to Brazil:

Go to http://www.brazilhouston.org where you can download a visa application form.  If you are carrying samples, you need Type I visa. 

Fill out the form.

Download your picture from one of the choices below:

• Jason 1 Jason 2
• Allison 1 Allison 2
• Britt 1 Britt 2
• Russo 1 Russo 2
• Mariah 1 Mariah 2

After you fill out the Visa form on-line, you can drop the photo into the upper righthand corner.

Format the photo for "Float over text" first! 

Then print.
